"i fell in love with this skirt, i have worn it with both plain color tanks (many colors match obviously) and the matching cropped top. not only that i love it but everybody else seems to love it as well as i get so many compliments whenever i wear it. it fits TTS. ithe skirt is very thin and airy and i'm glad because i wear it in the heat of summers, the top is thicker and keeps shape nicely

"I saw this skirt online and just purchased yesterday in store. I love it! Now, I just can't decide if I should also buy the matching cropped top.
I am usually a size 2 in Anthro clothing, be it dresses or skirts, and for this a size 0 fit me at my natural waist. It definitely is supposed to sit at your waist in my opinion so that the bottom hits right at the floor. Perfect length for wearing with flats or even a cute wedge. I am 5'7, 130 lbs, and longer legs, so tend to have trouble finding pants/skirts long enough. Also I absolutely love the high slit and sheer material, as it gives it very young, classic but also sexy appeal.
Cannot WAIT to wear this summer as I feel the possibilities are endless.

As others have commented, it isn't the highest quality material, very thin, but it's a perfect linen-like material for summer, whether at the beach, a trip to the market or whatever! I'm thinking a black cropped bustier top would look wonderful too."

"I tried this on at the store a couple weeks ago--- it's very pretty and summery, but very LONG. I'm 5'8" and I would have to wear some pretty major heels with it to not have it drag on the ground.....which is too bad, because it would be great to wear with flip flops! The waist was also not a great fit, but that could have been partially because of the excessive length."

"The design looked great, just as I expected from the picture. I like the very light fabric, just the lining could have been a bit heavier - it tends to get stuck between my legs and the outer layer.
The fit is perfect, on me the skirt is just long enough. It has a slit on the side that goes up to about mid-thigh, so the skirt shows quite a bit of leg when walking (something I did not notice from the picture)."

"Fits true to size (I have a 24" waist and 34" hips and bought a 0, and may take it in an inch). Fabric is light and touchable. Colors are bright and clear. Can't wait to wear it with a jade-green or spice-orange tee and some simple hurache sandals."

"I love this skirt's pattern, it looks like beach stones. Unfortunately, it's a very thin cotten fabric and it looks cheap! The skirt is light and airy but it would have looked so much prettier with a softer fabric, especially for the price you are paying for it. The cheap fabric makes it look inexpensive and a little bit dated. I am a size 0 and this skirt was not the slightest bit flattering of my figure, it actually made me look heavier. It's only a little bit see through, but seeing the built in slip adds to the cheapness of the skirt's overall appearance. Definately not worth the prize, wait for it to go on sale and I would definately recommend trying it on in the store if you are able too."

"This is just the perfect light long skirt for a hot summer day. The fabric is airy, lightweight, there's just enough, not too much lining, and the print is perfect to go with a plain colored shirt/tank. I also tried the matching top but couldn't figure out how to get the top on. I'm planning to wear this with some chunky sandals and a white shirt."

"I got this skirt in the mail yesterday, and I'm in love! Yes, the material is thin, but who doesnt want something thin for summer? "It's hard to describe the material and fit here! It feels more like linen and wrinkles like that, too. So you can imagine how the colors look a bit softer in-person. While the skirt portion is sheer, the visible lining is no problem for me, in fact, with the slit, I'm not sure how else they would line it (without it being too thick for summer).
The sizing: I'm usually a 4 in maeve dresses. For the top, I found it true to size (I was a 4) but somehow, I was a 2 in the skirt--this is different, I'm usually a 6 in bottoms. The moral of this story is that for me (pear shaped) the top was true to size, but the skirt was not.
Finally, the top has a side zip--I was happy about this detail and I don't think it was mentioned in the description (I was worried about having to unbutton every time)."

"I felt like a 1970s glamourous James Bond girl in this outfit. I got alot of compliments wearing this outfit. Everywhere I went people stop me and admired the outfit. The top fit good on my long torso. The skirt fit good too. I ordered the size 6. Usually I'm size 4 or 6. The cut out detail on the top is a perfect touch. The slit in the skirt is sexy in a demure way. Both pieces are comfortable and is lightweight perfect for sultry summer days ahead."

"I tried the skirt on in the store - they did not have the top. I saw this online and was so excited I actually went to the store with hopes of finding it and purchasing it. I found it to fit true to size, and the pattern and colors were very saturated and lovely. However, as soon as I went to put it on, I noticed how awful the fabric is. It is one of the cheapest fabrics I have ever seen Anthro use. I don't mind a thin fabric - I don't even mind if it's a little see through, but this fabric was thin, see through, not soft, and overall just incredibly cheap feeling and looking. I'm not sure why the other reviewer said this wasn't see through - it most certainly is, and to make matters worse, it is partially lined, just until mid thigh and then the lining stops. When you put this on you can actually see through it to see where the lining is and where it stops. Unfortunately, I don't think this is at all worth the price, the quality just doesn't match up."

Pros: very light weight material but not see-through
"I love wearing skirts and light linens during the summer-so breezy and light. I tried on this skirt and it had a nice fit and nice length. It's a very flattering cut for a high-waisted, full-length skirt. The colors are quite nice--not as bright as in the pictures. I tried on the skirt in-store w/ my mom and sister, who were both pretty horrified at the idea of wearing a matching top (the top hadn't arrived in-store yet)... but I'm convinced that the pair will be quite striking! l love bright colors and busy patterns!! Too bad for mom and sister ;)"
