"I got this belt today in the store, the color is actually deeper and lighter than this picture.
I am pretty petite, and i have been looking for a thicker belt that is not too thick and this is just perfect. I bought it to wear it with Harbingers Of Fall Dress, and it looks amazing!
The price is also really good for such a nice leather belt."

"This is a nice, versatile belt. I orginally got the S, and although it fit, I would only wear it right at my waist - if I fastened it lower, it looked funny. I decided to trade for the M so I could wear it lower on my hips, but it's still small enough to fasten at the waist. I also like it fastened with the front angled down, like the model in the photo. It makes my waist look smaller that way. It's not fancy, but its simplicity makes it easy to dress up or down, and it's a great price. I would recommend it,but if you want to wear it at waist and high hip, size up. If you want to wear it lower (with jeans, for instance), go up two sizes."

"The belt arrived quickly and I am quite happy with it. As you can see, it is wider than most belts, but doesn't look out of proportion with the rest of an outfit. I think it is going to be a very versatile accessory!
The leather quality doesn't look great- it feels dry and a bit brittle, but for $34 I wasn't expecting luxury materials."

"The three beacons belt is just as I imagined it to be. It fits perfectly. Although it felt a bit stiff when I took it out of the package I wore it today and it was very comfortable and not at all scratchy like others have reported."

"I'm normally a small, (size 2, sometimes a 4) and sent the medium back for a large. Contrary to some of the other opinions, I didn't find it smelly. It's really, really cute and the quality is nice."

Pros: good angle good price.
"I bought this to go with the Van Wrinkle Sweater (a fabulous combo, btw) but when I got it home I was like "will I be able to wear this with anything else?" at first the answer was no--until I saw it on the model who was wearing the buckle part angled down. When at that angle, it actually makes my waist look smaller than it is and creates a smoother line with my clothing. I think I prefer this to most all other high waist belts I've seen for that reason alone. (Looks much more feminine at that angle, too).
This is my second Linea Pelle belt, the first one has lasted me 8 years & it's still going, definitely fine quality.

The leather is a little squeaky at first, but I don't mind--even my Cole Haan purse squeaks a little at times, but that doesn't make it any less fabulous.
I tried it on with some more delicate knits, it doesn't catch on cotton, catches a little on silk but no damage whatsover & caught on cotton/lycra blends, but didn't damage them at all.
Lastly, I tested the belt for color fastness against fabric by rubbing them together for a while and the belt definitely does not rub any color onto the fabric--I even got the fabric wet & the belt actually picked up some of the fabric lint, so that isn't a valid concern for this belt.
For the price, this is a good deal & a good belt.
Stats: I'm 5'8", 140, 29" long waist, M fits perfectly."

"Tried both colors in store- both are beautiful shade and versitle. I love the style of this belt-the thickness and design. It may run a bit small- I am a size 0-2 and a small just overlaps a little bit- which is the look I was going for."

"There must be a different belt that is sold online compared to the ones in the store. I bought mine in the store and it had zero smell to it, zero staples, the inside is smooth and does not catch on any clothes and it's of good quality. It's a beautiful belt and it matches so many things in my closet. If you're interested in this belt, see if your local anthro has it or call another store and have them send it to you. It really is a beautiful belt.
As you can see from my photos, no staples and no rough back. This belt looks like it's built to last a long while."

"I really like this belt. I purchased it at the store, so it didn't have any odors. Also, unlike other reviewers, I don't find it too stiff, but rather it gives really good structure. I agree that it runs a little small and that because of the style of the buckle, there isn't much flex room when it comes to sizing."

"I think this belt is great! It fits true to size. I'm 5'3", 112 lbs and the size small fits where I want to wear it (tight around waist). It feels sturdy and went with every outfit I tried on in the dressing room."

"I bought this belt in neutral in the store, paired with the Refined Cord Shirtdress....cute combo! That being said, the sales person brought me a medium (6'0" 155 lbs, usual size 8/10) which was really tight on the 3rd hole which I think it needs to be on to get the correct look. I asked her for a large but then I had to put it on the tighest hole which also was a weird look, overlaps. So, I bought the medium hoping that my vacation weight gain disappears soon!"

"not sure what all the fuss was about with this belt. the thickness of the leather is what you'd expect in a belt yet also flexible, it smells like leather, the pieces are held together with grommets, not staples, the inside is not too rough...it's a perfectly fine belt."

"I purchased this belt to go with some cognac boots from last fall. The photos made me think that the belt was a similar cognac color, with yellow-brown undertones. In person, the belt is much more pink or rose-colored brown. I returned it because it did not match the boots as I had hoped. However, except for the specific color requirements, this seemed like a cute belt and of a quality that could be expected for such a low price."
